Name it, save your number, and the practice answers on WhatsApp. It speaks first every weekday morning, drafts what needs sending, and does nothing to a client until you reply.
No card to start. Questions are free; actions count against your plan’s allowance.
A coach’s day, in one thread
The phone is yours. Every reply below follows the assistant’s real grammar: it looks things up, proposes by number, and says Done only when it did.
Weekday mornings, in your timezone, only when something is waiting: today’s diary, programmes at a decision point, who has gone quiet, what is owed, leads waiting. Every line carries its number and every name its link.
The anatomy of the brief ↓One phrase expands into a full instruction: re-engagement for whoever is quiet, chasers for anything overdue, close off unresolved sessions, take on waiting leads. It proposes all of it and sends nothing.
Reply with numbers, ALL or NO. It says “Working on 3 of them...” so you know it started, then “Done” or “Dropped” for each, and what is still waiting. Every Done becomes a receipt in your app.
It reads your availability, subtracts what is booked, and offers at most two slots from any one day. “The Thursday one at 10” is a decision; the session, the Zoom link and the reminders follow.
Amount, invoice number, days overdue. The chaser it proposes carries all three, because specific ones get paid. Reply YES and it goes.
Approve a nudge at night and it stays proposed with the reason. Nothing reaches a client inside the hours you set, whoever asked for it.
Every rule it keeps ↓The morning brief
Computed in code, not written by the model: a digest nobody asked for has to be right the first time. Sent in your timezone, once a day, and never on a morning with nothing in it.
Everything it can do
Each card is the phrase a coach would actually type and what happens next. Reading is instant. Anything with a consequence comes back as a numbered proposal, and anything that reaches a client waits for your reply.
Everything with your name on it: money owed, sessions never closed, clients gone quiet, leads unanswered, today’s diary.

Answers nowNo commands to learn
There is no syntax. It reads what you meant, looks the practice up, and answers in under six hundred characters because it knows it is on a phone. When there is nothing useful to say, it says that instead of filling the space.
It works for you, not for your clients. It never messages them on its own.
Replies arrive with “Looking that up...” first, so you know it heard you, then the answer and anything it proposes as a numbered list.
What it refuses, and why
The rules are in the code, which is why you can watch them happen.
A goal title that reads like an instruction is reported to you as something odd the client typed. It is never followed, and nothing else happens.
Drafts only, a tool switched off, quiet hours tightened, mornings paused. Granting anything back happens in the app, where you are logged in.
Building a programme from your method runs as you, so it waits in the app with a link rather than failing quietly. Everything else it can finish from the thread.
Set it up in the appThe rules it does not break
Each of these is enforced in code, not in the prompt, and each has a test behind it. The prompt asks nicely; the code decides.
Write tools never execute. They come back numbered; you answer 1, 2 and 3, ALL or NO. Auto-execute, if you turn it on, only ever covers actions that stay inside the practice.
Between the hours you set, in your timezone, nothing goes to a client. The action keeps its place; approve it again in the morning and it goes.
Names go through a lookup, not a guess off a list. Anything about the practice is read again every time you ask; earlier in the conversation is not evidence about now.
A draft to Aisha that opens “Hi Sam” is stopped before it is proposed. Nobody’s pronouns are guessed from a name.
Goal titles, session names and messages are strings people typed. If one reads like an order, it is reported to you as something odd and nothing else happens.
Over WhatsApp it can switch a tool off, tighten quiet hours, stop the mornings or go back to drafts only. Granting anything happens in the app, on purpose.
Every action lands in your notifications as “Clara did this”, deep-linked to the assistant’s inbox, and pushed immediately. Approve at seven on your phone; it is there at nine on the laptop.
Questions are free. Actions count against your plan’s monthly allowance at the moment they execute, and a cost ceiling sits behind that. Twelve turns and ten proposals per question, at most.
