GrowthArc ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

This information is handled with extra care and is only accessible to you and your chosen coach.
When you photograph a book cover or something you have finished, the words on it are read on your device, using Apple's own text recognition. The image is not sent to us or to anyone else in order to read it, and no third party sees it. Only the text that was read, and the photograph itself if you keep it, are stored — and both are stored privately.
Voice notes are recorded on your device or your watch and uploaded only when you release the button to send one. Nothing is recorded in the background, at any time, on either device.
Photographs and voice notes are stored in private storage. They are readable by you, and by the coach you were working with at the time you created them. They are not public, are not indexed, and are not readable by other coaches or other clients. A coach can read them and nothing else — a coach cannot edit or delete your record of your own week.
If you change coach, the coach you were working with when a photograph was taken keeps access to that photograph, and your new coach does not gain access to anything created before they were your coach. If you would rather earlier material were removed entirely, email privacy@growtharcos.com.

Two things do survive, and you should know what they are. Your coach keeps their own professional records of your work together, which belong to them and which they may be required to retain.
